Regulatory function
The Ministry of Health shall according to the Act 78/2004 Coll.
- propose to the Ministry procedures for the assessment of risks to human health from the use of genetically modified organisms and genetic products,
- from the viewpoint of its responsibility, issue opinions on the requests pursuant to § 5.
