European Regional Meeting on Sustainable Consumption and Production
Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic and the European Commission are organising
European Regional Meeting on Sustainable Consumption and Production on
30 – 31 October 2008 in Prague.
The aim of the meeting is to contribute to implementing the Johannesburg commitments on SCP, to formulate European regional contributions to the 10YFP, to discuss the EU SCP Action Plan and to share information and best practices. The meeting is expected to bring together experts from government agencies and international organizations, group of experts from industry, NGOs, academia, local authorities and other major groups dealing with sustainable consumption and production.

Please note that you have to arrange your accommodation by yourself and that you have to send completed hotel reservation form directly to the Hotel Pyramida by 3 October 2008.
The Hotel Pyramida has prepared for the participants a conference package, which includes accommodation, breakfast and lunch. Please note that the package is linked to the accommodation. The participants who will not stay in Hotel Pyramida or will come to Prague on Thursday morning will have to indicate their interest in having the lunch in Hotel (the price is about 25 EUR).
